How do I schedule an appointment?

We will then schedule a brief phone call to gather information about why are you seeking services to ensure our practice can meet your needs. If you are seeking therapy, we may then set up an intake appointment where we will discuss your concerns and goals in depth and provide you with recommendations for treatment.
How do I pay for services?
We currently accept payment via credit card, check, or cash. We do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a bill that includes the information you would need to be reimbursed by your insurance. You should check with your insurance first to ensure that they will reimburse for therapeutic services. When you call your insurance company, ask them what percentage you will be reimbursed. If they ask for CPT codes, you may provide them with the following: 90791 for a 60-minute intake and 90834 for a 45-minute therapy session. How long will I be in treatment for?
The length of treatment varies and depends on what goals you want to work towards. After the intake process is complete, your clinician will work with you to develop a treatment plan, which will include a timeline for treatment.
How long will my evaluation take?
We offer different types of assessments that vary in length depending on the evaluation requirements. Your clinician will give you a timeline of how long your evaluation will take, including when you can expect the assessment report to be completed, during the consultation phone call and prior to scheduling the first appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all assessment and therapy services. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or do not cancel at all, you will be charged the cost of your therapy session or half the cost of your assessment. Please speak with your clinician should you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy.
